Trash Arts’ A Poem for a Quiet Moment: Benjamin McNiel

We were but two paintdrops,

Doomed to spill on the blank canvas of life,

You carved beauty and meaning into your arms,

I just wish you’d used a different colour ink,

And a duller pen.

Poetry : Benjamin McNiel
